I had an excellent stay at this hotel the staff are very obliging and always happy..the manager Murtini is such an asset to the hotel she made sure my stay was fabulous .

Indonesia- Breakfast was really good, plus the hotel was really generous too when it comes to food. They let us order entrees from the breakfast menu on top of the buffet breakfast spread already available. - Staff were nice, accommodating, and helpful. They immediately addressed any concern that we had. For instance, had an issue with the air conditioning unit and they immediately sent maintenance people to fix it. Staff at reception even went out of their way to apologize and gave us fresh fruits. - Room was clean. The room was cleaned daily, and toiletries and towels were replaced/replenished daily too. - Location-wise, the hotel was very accessible as its in a main road. - Really great value for money!

Natya Hotel Kuta is really great which from Coco Group. It's really nice hotel with friendly staff. Natya hotel kuta has coco express 24 hours that help customers and make them easier to get something in anytime they want. There is outdoor pool that really gorgeous. We have also complete food and drinks from traditional and international foods in our restaurant with great price. The meeting room in our hotel also everybody can use and feel the meeting room service that we can give. There are two different types of rooms, there are double and standard rooms with good quality room and bed. There are full amenities in each rooms.
