GermanyWell,service was very good. All staffs are good and smiling and always on the go to help. The property is well situated, rice field and calm,if you want to shop and walk, coffee etc, you have a FREE shuttle and it's about 4mins Car to central Ubud. A special thanks to our Driver and tour guide from The Hotel Mr Gede. He was very helpful and really care about his job. He will tell you what he knows about where we went. Very Polite person and we can only recomend him to people going for tours.. I don't forget Mr Wira, the other driver.. I can't mentioned all, because I've been more with Gede than others staffs.. But keep going, you guys all rock there.. Not a very big hotel, but service is 5 star.. Sometimes, better in a small hotel, but with a very good service... Ohhh, forgot to mention also the Restaurant team, good job... Well thanks to all... We had a lovely stay and that because of you all.. Love from Oliver, Jennifer, Pecy and Tyler Mauritius Island
