It is remote location with not much accessibility to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Recommended for people who prefer calm and quiet area and has vehicle for commutation. No spas available nearby, need to go to Ubud center.

Staff were amazing.
Staff were amazing. Very helpful this seems to the case in every hotel we have been at in Bali. The area around it is interesting. The rooms were nice with pleasant views. The bath is a bit of a hazard as you can only enter bath, and put on water or open plug from bottom end. We have booked for 6 & 7 th August However eventually after staying for 6 th August we couldn’t stay there for another night There was no staff to attend when we came The service was horrible Did not like at all Also had claimed a refund for 7 th August But haven’t received anything regarding it Very disappointed Didn’t expect this kind of service Just cant recommend anyone elseAAnonymousIndia

This hotel is just like the pictures. It is special and the surroundings are very beautiful. We could be completely secluded, no one disturbed us. The staff was very kind at all times, sending messages and asking permission to enter our bubble. The food and room service was excellent. So we can only recommend it to any couple. It was a truly wonderful experience for us.
