There is not a lot to do in Puncak other than the views and the cool air. It a place to relax and soak up some of the local food. The traffic getting to and driving around Puncak is monumental so pick your accommodation well. It is unlikely we would return to Puncak to stay other than to go to the Taman Safari, which to be fair is not really in Puncak.
We visited the Cibodas Botanical Garden which was to be honest a waste of time if you wanted to spend time looking at flowers and interesting trees without a great deal of physical effort. The gardens are more a relaxation location for the local residents.

I went on Dec 28 to Dec 30, 2021. We stayed at bungalow Zebra 7, the cleanliness of the bungalow were so so. Might be because of the short of housekeeper staff. But the location is excellent for short getaway from daily routine life. The breakfast meal were good.

Puncak has some great tourist opportunities, but the time taken to move between sites and to return to your hotel is ridiculous. The bottleneck is a single road through Puncak. Every time we travelled on this road, especially after mid day, it would take 1 to 2 hours to travel 5 to 10 kilometers. And this was on a week day. Apparently weekends are worse. Favorite sites were Tanan Safari, Kebun Nusantara (both with great range of facilities, especially for families) and Gunung Mas Tea Plantation, although it is not well organized and I suggest hiring a guide which was really good

All was very good hotel was very clean and very nice food was fantastic from maqadir and aljazeera resturants mutton biriani , my family really enjoyed safari and water falls people were very friendly overall it was very very good
The meal selection at Soeasana Restaurant is unique and worth it, if not for it, our stay would left a far more unpleasant memories.
definitely recommending the restaurant, for the facilities of the hotel, it is not bad, just old, but pretty well maintained.
Too bad the view from the balcony is not that great. just very standard.
Also smoke vapour / smell coming from the bathroom definitely ruined our experience.
- the concept and design of tree house are very unique and instragrammable.
- there is a slide inside the room
- location inside taman safari, walkable.
- special Taman Safari entrance ticket price, free bus to / from Taman Safari to hotel
- The Taman Safari ticket bought can be used until the day of check out, so our family went everyday in a row and completed all games / show there
Cleanliness is very good. The scenery offered by hotel location exceeds my expectation. The swimming pool, less clean than I expected, offers cold and warm water including the warm whirlpool. The pools are great for any average indonesian hotel. The staffs provide good services and very helpful.
We love the scenery, the location and the pine forest of this hotel. It's also a delight to have so many kids activities in the hotel, from swimming pool, playground, small soccer field, foosball table, etc. They also have a small animals and horse riding that you can visit with a fee.
The property is fast to find because it’s in main road near President palace.
The hotel is pretty large and have many facilities to do in hotel such as gym, swimming pool, playground, archery (but it’s not available when I was there)
Facilities inside this hotel is just exceptional, some of them you need to pay extra to enjoy it however the free facilities are just good enough to entertain the whole family while staying there.
Everything was up to my expectations and the way the hotel is cozy and facilities is so close to each other.
It's a good value for money, And services and food were great as well.
