IndonesiaI guess we were very lucky, because this new resort aims very high, but since the local staff is new, they do not take many guests, so the staff can practice. So we were either completely alone or with just few other guests on this property and it was a complete luxury and peace :) Once the staff gets fully trained, it might not be like that. We absolutely adore Anna, the manager here, who is lovely and kind, can speak very good English and who trains the staff to get the hospitality standards just right. She knows what she is doing and is the person who will irons all possible issues. Thanks for everything, Anna! :)
