Everything! The staff was so accommodating and lovely, the sound of the ocean waves at night was just beauuutiful and the breakfast we got was delicious and just perfect, thank you to the team!

The hotel is wonderful. It is located in a beautiful beach of sengigi, With a wonderful sunset view. it has around 30-40 rooms in Total. So even if it is fully booked, you don't feel very crows. The swimming pool is very beautiful and my kids really love it. The hotel staff are very helpful. We stay there during the Chinese new year holidays and stuff organized a Celebration event with fire performance. The breakfast was good, though little bit expensive. But overall, the hotel definitely worth the price.

Loved this hotel. Property grounds are beautiful (located right on the beach) and room was more than comfortable with a great outdoor space. Pool area was lovely with ample loungers; food/drinks were available to be ordered.

We had a wonderful time at the Sudamala Resort in Lombok. The room was clean and spacious. There was nothing missing. Everything was taken care of during our stay. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant was delicious. There were almost no mosquitoes. The sea was safe and the water was clean and clear.

I had a fantastic stay in the Sudamala Resort and ended up extending my stay twice. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, taking time to provide the best service as possible. I haven’t experienced such hospitality in any other resort around the world. The resort itself is cozy and beautifully maintained, the location is perfect. The room itself had a fantastic ambiance and view. I enjoyed all the food that was freshly cooked in the hotel restaurant, the grill events were amazing. The personnel was also able to customize my day tours according to my wishes. The spa treatments were also lovely. I would definitely stay again- thank you so much to all the personnel for making my stay so memorable.

We were looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay before heading into the holidays and this location and resort hit all of our needs. The Staff were all so great to welcome us and remembered our room number and even the things we liked (food and drinks). We liked having our personal space with the villa with pool, but to also use the common areas that were still peaceful.
