Breakfast was fantastic. And we also had a superb lunch on our first day. The staff were exceptional, especially Ms.Ria. I like the way she made a special effort to remember our names. Room was excellent. We loved our little garden and plunge pool as well. Overall it was a fantastic experience. I think the staff is doing a brilliant job. Kudos to them!

Everything was great! The breakfast was excellent. The room (Villa) was spacious. The hotel also provided driver for us (with additional charge) and we loved him so much. He took us to the different Ubud attractions. He was very nice and his English was excellent. His name is Made. If you ask for Made at the same hotel (as made is very popular name in Bali) you can get unforgettable experience of Ubud. The pool was fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from The Monkey forest. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Thanks to Hotel staff for an amazing stay.

the location (next to monkey forest. not at the busy main street but close enough for walking. there are also plenty of restaurant options next to the hotel. nice jungle view from most rooms and breakfast location) the staff was extremely friendly, especially our driver aris (he was on time, a good driver and really caring) the food at the breakfast and dinner was really good with multiple choices. the facilities were beautiful. we had the pool villa. everything was clean and well groomed. we would totally recommend this hotel!
