Breakfast was great. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a massage experience which was great. there are 2 pools which have plenty of space. Definetely we will stay there again preferring second floor rooms.

We had our wedding at the Alena on 20.5.23 and booked 15 rooms for our family and friends. The staff are the loveliest people you'll meet and are so accommodating to anything you could possibly need. The rooms, pools, day spa and grounds are flawless, the food in the restaurant is top quality, and the little extra touches from the staff made our wedding and our stay exceed everyone's expectations. Special mention to Dayu who was a pleasure to deal with. We've stayed at a lot of different hotels in Bali over many, many trips and the Alena Resort is the BEST one we've ever stayed in, we cannot wait to come back again!

The hotel I stayed at was the best I've ever experienced! The staff were incredibly lovely, respectful, and nice, always going out of their way to ensure my comfort. I stayed there with my 1-year-old daughter and they provided us with all the support we needed. The restaurant was a 5-star establishment in my opinion. All the meals I ordered were prepared at the same time and were incredibly fresh. You could tell from the time it took to prepare and the taste of the food. I can't wait to go back to this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Amazing breakfast! The best one I have ever tried. The luxury villa was great. Very respectful and caring staff. There was even one health incident which the resort has solved very quickly and gave some benefits. Free yoga classes were also a good bonus. Additionally, the resort made a birthday surprise at the restaurant with a cake and song - the whole restaurant staff was singing the "Happy birthday" song for me. Good wi-fi. Overall, very nice stay!
