IndonesiaThe staff is super friendly & helpful. The facility is so complete (pool, private beach, playground). Once you get there, you don't need to go anywhere (they have everything!). The breakfast also have a lot of varieties. One of the best 5 stars hotel. Will come back again for sure!

GermanyLove the overall atmosphere, beautifully grand architecture and interiors, lush green outdoors. Well maintained public areas. Clean, comfortable room and helpful staff. Private and clean Nusa Dua Beach, perfect for little kids. In-room dining by Pala was wonderful, everything was delicious and they put attention to details. Koral Resto was such a nice experience as well. Thank you to all the staff from the lobby-reception-room services to pool areas.
