Place is beautiful. Very stylish rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice bedsheets. Amazing bathroom. Good quality toiletrees. Staff is absolutely great. Managers Daya and Akbar are very professional as well as the bartender ( from Singaraja) . Housekeeping was doing amazing job too with cleaning place so fast but so efficient. We loved our stay at Elementum. Highly recommend.

BrazilEverything about this place is freaking amazing! From the food, to the service, accomodations, location, and Rooms. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, and the service from every single employee is top notch. Instead of going out to dinner every night like we planned, we ended up staying and eating at the Elementum because the food was so good, and the atmosphere and views are outstanding. Even the free coffee and tea in the room was so good. My husband and I stayed in a 5 star resort after we stayed at the Elementum, and we both agreed that the Elementum was way better! Seriously, after working in the hospitality industry myself, I want to go back and give the entire staff a hug. Thank you Elementum staff 😂

The service was impeccable and it offered a lot of small extras which improved the overall experience (cookie jar, french press with ground coffee and a variety of teas, premium toiletries ..) I'll be back!
