The guest book is very well written with useful details. Swimming pool is well maintained. Helpful staff. Food is not prepared in-house for lunch and dinner. While the breakfast was great, the Balinese lunch was not to my liking. Dinner was amazing, they get it from an Italian restaurant nearby.
IndiaOn the first morning after we arrived we had a lovely breakfast delivered to our room and after we had finished Audrey took the time to talk to us about Bali, things we could consider doing and what to know. This was amazing and so insightful. We ended up booking three days of activities, all of which were arranged by the hotel which made it completely hassle free. The staff could not do enough for you and it really was a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
United KingdomVery chilled stay in a super clean and cute room, with recent refurbishments and a lovely pool. Staff were very helpful and the manager was interested and kind. Friendly massage too with Nymong Citi. Oh, and the cafe just up the street is cute too.

France1. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Matthieu spent time giving me a lot of useful information for my stay in Sanur. 2. The hotel staff were very nice. 3. My room on the ground floor had a beautiful pool view. 4. The breakfast was very delicious (I had a French crepe, European style bread, and a glass of papaya & mango juice) 6. The hotel works with a program named Anak to help the local under-privileged children.

The tourist beach (white sand) is accessible via a walk along the beach of about 35 min on foot or 5 minutes by taxi or scooter. There is no restaurant in our hotel but room service is available from 11 am to 8 pm and meals can be delivered to your terrace.
