No unwanted rules, yet something which we expect you to cooperate with us. • Please treat our villa with respect and care during your stay and its surroundings • Accidents do happen, in case anything breaks request to report to our staff. • Quiet- 09:00 pm to 06:00 am with respect to neighbors • No Drugs (crime in Indonesia) for your own safety. • We too love pets, yet we take IDR 1.000.000,- refundable deposit for each pet (For our safety). • For any long term reservations >= 10nights the House keeping policy is different. • For any reservation >= 2 weeks a 10% refundable security deposit will be kept on or before check in & for reservations >27days the electricty cost will be additional. • Smoking is only allowed outside • There will be additional charge for Early checkin & late checkout and subject to availability. Please be informed that noise is expected due to ongoing construction near our property. Construction is currently happening in almost every parts of Bali due to rapid expansion in the island. Guests are kindly requested to ensure the safety of their personal belongings during their stay. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to items. Thank you for your understanding.
