A small cottage with large size 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with small back garden. Free Wi-fi is available. It' perfect for a couple or family with kids upto 4. There is double bed and sofa bed ( decent for 2 people). There is free public parking on the road side ( parking at owner's risk and availability). Property is about 100 metres from city centre. Its 900 m from Discovery park, 9.5 Km from Dunmore Cave & is 23 km from kilkenny castle. There is strictly house rule of No smoking inside the house,but allowed in the garden. No pet and Parties allowed.
