Just one mile from Dublin city center, the Avoca House Bed & Breakfast provides comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. Rooms all have TVs and free Wi-Fi. Avoca House is named after the famous Avoca valley in the next county, Wicklow, where the owner is from.The house is built circa the 1920s and retains the old features but has been modernised to the highest standards.The guests have their own stairs to acess their rooms.There is a supply of fresh drinking water on each landing. Each room has a shower,toilet and sink.All toiletries are supplied.Each room has a hairdryer and access to an iron.Tea and coffee is standard in each room.There are 2 USB ports built into the electrical socket for charging your mobile phone.Rooms are cleaned each day. There is a garden to sit in in the back of the house.Here one can smoke or play chess or relax.There is also a sitting room to relax and watch TV.There is free WI-FI which can be accessed from most parts of the house. Hollybank road where we are situated is a very wide road in a quiet old well established area.It is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop where buses run every three minutes to the centre of Dublin city.The house is fire certified ,with cameras to the front and back for total security.Always include your time of arrival.
We are a bed and beakfast.We dont have the facilities of a hotel but we cater for all the guests needs.We offer a free self-service breakfast,access to a lovely garden.We supply towels shampoo and body wash.We supply a hairdryer in all rooms.The mattresses are top of the range.the bedding is of the finest materials. the pillows are both feather and down and/or plant based fillingto cater for allergies All rooms have a mobile charger.All room have a TV with free netflix.All rooms are fire certified
