This B&B was absolutely lovely. From the moment I arrived, the hostess was so kind and helpful, but without being overbearing. She was readily available and made sure to do all she could to ensure my comfort, but she wasn't constantly checking in. The room was well appointed and very clean. The hostess warned me that it might get a bit noisy because my room faced the street, but I didn't find the noise to be disturbing in the least, and my sleep wasn't impacted in the least (though I am a very deep sleeper, so I may not be the best judge). The bed was quite possibly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. I was only here for one night, but I wish I could have stayed longer! I truly have endless good things to say, and I can't think of anything I didn't like!

Breakfast was more or less made to order and delicious. The location, while in the suburbs of Dublin, was very convenient to get into the city center via the bus and DART, and very quiet and pleasant.

So much to like! in a quiet neighborhood on the shore of Blackrock, a great pub on the corner, 5 min walk to DART station when we wanted to go into Dublin, a lovely room and beautiful modern bathroom with standing tub, an amazing full breakfast each morning, and a wonderful hostess who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The room was beautifully appointed with luxurious bedding, towels and toiletries. The location was great and only a five minute walk to the train. The hospitality was wonderful from the beautiful full Irish breakfast in the morning to the Bailey's night cap by our bed. The hosts were a wonderful resource of local information and extremely friendly.

The room was large and comfortable with plenty of storage space. When I arrived late evening, I greatly appreciated the sandwich and a serving of Bailey's Irish cream. Breakfast was wonderful. I ate like a queen. I was pleasantly surprised at the convenience of the Air coach transportation which cost 16 Euros round trip. The location was nice for walking around the park and sea.

A really comfortable home built 150 years ago. Very peaceful beside the sea and the park. 2 minutes' drive to Blackrock Clinic and 10 minutes' walk. German Embassy within walking distance. 20 minutes' walk to University College Dublin, or 5 minutes' by car.
We love travelling so we understand the importance of a warm welcome, really clean and comfortable accommodation with good links to city centre and tourist sites.
