IrelandCastlecor House was a delightful surprise and an absolutely amazing experience. This historic home was originally a hunting lodge and the design is rather unique and special. Aside from the fascinating architecture, our room itself was spacious and beautifuly appointed. The spa- like bathroom had a deep tub and high-end shower, which was very welcome. Breakfast was amazing as well. The best part was how gracious our hosts were, they gave us a tour of other areas of their home that they are lovingly restoring. We love old homes and dabble in minor small home renovation ourselves, so getting to hear their story and see the amazing job they have done, made this was truly a fabulous stay.

United States of AmericaThe owners couldn’t be more inviting. The house is an amazing historic building that will make you feel like your traveling back in time except with very modern conveniences. I was traveling with 4 teenagers who loved the sound effects in the octagon room for singing. They found the house and it’s history fascinating. Breakfast was delicious. The girls reminded me to say the showers have amazing water pressure and you feel revigorated after. We would definitely stay again.

IrelandThis is an exceptional stay. Although the house is still a work in progress, if you want a tranquil stay this is the best house. Everything about our stay was exceptional, the hospitality from Loretta, the cleanliness, the attention to detail, the breakfast. The beds were more than comfortable. It truely is unique and I wish Loretta and family all the best with their further plans.
