The owner greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were large and very nice, and our stay came with an excellent home cooked breakfast. It was perfect stop for our journey through the area.

Short drive to Cong, one of our favorite places we stop@.

Beautiful home and the Owner/Staff where beyond great!

Beautiful location. Great staff. Perfect for us.

Staff was terrific, really friendly and helpful. Location was delightful.

My poor husband got sick while we were there. Michelle was so concerned about him. The next morning she said I didn't sleep all night because I was worried about him. He was better next morning and we brought him breakfast in the room. She is a great chef. The food was super and everything was neat and clean. Highly recommend. Jacqui Seymour

This was our 2nd stay at the Corrib View Lodge; we stayed there on our last trip to Ireland in 2015. Michelle is an excellent hostess, and her breakfasts are the best. We plan to stay at the Corrib View Lodge on our future visits to Ireland.

Lovely spacious room. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful with a great variety to choose from. Michelle was so helpful in assisting us getting around the area as I was on a search for ancestral relatives. She was spot on in recommending local restaurants for dinner. Very likely to return to continue my research and will without a doubt stay at Corrib View Lodge next time as well.

The owner and the staff were so helpful and friendly! We arrived early the 1st day and they checked us in right away, and gave us lots of good input on local fun things to do. They even threw in a load of laundry for us! The bedroom was comfortable (including soft pillows) and the bathroom was spotless. . .generous breakfast the next day with decent coffee and no rush to check out. Exceptionally welcoming atmosphere.

Had a lovely stay at Corrib view lodge, Michelle is very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are big, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Large selection for breakfast the next morning. All in all a great place to stay.

Corrib View lodge is a Trout fishing lodge built on the main road as you leave the village of Glencorrib. We purposely built here away from the flies on the lake, on the main road with easy access to Galway and Cong and conemarra. We have amazing walks all within the area and have homemade maps in the rooms to help you use all that precious time we'll.
We love to have guests stay here with us in our home from all around the world and tell us their stories. Breakfasts are cooked to order as we do like to feed everyone well before they leave us .We also value your privacy . Be warned, the West of Ireland has 4 seasons daily with the sun making us all happy. Please do take your time arriving here, we do live here so there's always someone around.
Lough Corrib is the main attraction here with Cong village and Ashford castle after. The quiet man movie is something you should watch before arriving so when you do go visit Cong, you will be able to see all the places where Maureen O'Hara and John Wayne made their famous movie. We do have some very good local restaurants in the nearby villages and live music in a few bars. With Galway city only a half hour away, there are weekend markets and plays, festivals and lots of interesting things to do there for the day, then come back here to the quiet in the country.
