This beautiful, bright and spacious 1st-floor apartment offers guests an ideal place to call home during any stay in Dublin. Located in Dublin's most prestigious and sought after postcode D4, this apartment sits in a riverfront, private gated community. From here you are a short 5-minute walk to Dublin city centre, Trinity College, the IFSC and the Aviva sports stadium. The main open plan living area of the apartment overlooks the beautifully manicured communal gardens that all residents have access to. The newly refurbished kitchen is fully stocked with all of the modern appliances and kitchen utensils you would need. The main bedroom hosts a double bed and plenty of built in storage and wardrobe space. Again the view from the bedroom looks directly out onto the private communal gardens so you are assured of a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. The tasteful bathroom has just been newly refurbished and has a large shower with a luxury watering can shower head which pumps out plenty of hot water. There is a double sofa bed in the main living room which allows for up to 4 guests to stay in this property.

Located right in the heart of the bustling Grand Canal Dock area of Dublin, this apartment offers a vibrant waterfront setting to call home during a trip to Dublin. Located in the city's most prestigious and sought after postcode D4 you are a mere 5 minutes walk from Dublin city centre, Trinity college, the ISFC (Irish Financial Services Centre) and the Aviva stadium. This area is often referred to as the silicon docklands due to the large number of tech companies which as based in the area, because of the type of companies in the area the neighbourhood has a very cool vibe to it. You can sit out and enjoy food and drinks while looking right out over the waterfront. There are a large number of cool bars, cafe's, restaurants and a fresh food market right on your doorstep. If you wish to explore Dublin in a different way there is a Dublin Bike station outside the apartment building. Here you can rent a bike by the hour and explore everything Dublin has to offer on two wheels.
