Quiet, family run Guesthouse offering a sense of comfort & style throughout. The house is ideally located only a short walk from Kilkenny City Centre. Deluxe Family Suite on ground floor compromises of master bedroom with poster bed, authentic Persian carpet, flat screen TV, double door wardrobe and chest of drawers. Spacious main bathroom with shower cabin, Dining Area with impressive collection of books and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, Smeg electric kettle and toaster, microwave and Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. All plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses are provided. There is a private access to the patio with mini garden at the back of the house for those who stay in the Deluxe Family Suite, where you can enjoy outdoor stove or BBQ. Upstairs there are 4 double rooms - facing the street are 2 Deluxe rooms with King size bed and 2 Budget rooms in the courtyard with standard Double bed. All rooms have bathrooms with showers where shower gel, shampoos and towels are provided. All rooms have tea/coffee stations with biscuits, carafe of water and mini fridges with complimentary mineral cans, fresh milk (Mar-Oct) and porridge pots. Room 3 and 4 have large, authentic Persian carpet under the bed and rooms 2 and 5 have been lined with woolen carpets throughout. Duck down pillows and duvets are used in all room types. Air conditioning is available in all rooms upstairs. No TV units upstairs but the place is filled with books for those who enjoy reading. This property is Self Check In/ Out type of accommodation where Guests can autonomously enter the building at their own time. all access codes and instructions are communicated a day before arrival.

This accommodation is located in the city centre with less than 5 minutes walking to the main streets with lots of cafes, restaurants, museums and pubs.
