3.5km fom kenmare town, this spacious detached house set on 3/4 acre with large lawn areas, comprises of bright living room with seperate kitchen dining area has modern conveniences including wifi,dishwaher,washing macine, dryer, flat screen tv with satelite channels patio area out the back Quiet peaceful location with private parking PLEASE NOTE: There is a unprotected water coarse on the property as shown in the photos, PLEASE NOTE: There is an outbuilding/shed on the property which may need to be accessed, PLEASE NOTE: There is CCTV in operation on the outside of the house PLEASE NOTE: Heating oil and electricity are metered and excessive use will be incur an extra fee
