Exceptional staff, all of them. Including the night shift staff member at desk when I arrived helping me to turn on my electric in room. And the female that delivered my room service meal The staff in the restaurant as well were fantastic.

Room was nice. Wasn't able to do breakfast because we had to leave too early to catch our flight. Parking wasn't very expensive, but only had to pay because we used booking

convenient for our tour, staff, gasworks bar was convenient.

It was within walking distance from all we needed. friendly, clean, enjoyed the restaurant.

Comfortable bed staff lovely . Only slight negative no standard beers like Budweiser or coots light available

Breakfast was amazing. 11 euros was the best money I could've spent that day anywhere. There were few other options in the immediate area on a Saturday AM so the quality and selections was greatly appreciated. Exceeded expectations. Also the coffee shop and lobby are nice to relax or get a refreshment even if you're not staying there. The restaurant next door is a convenient option for a quick bite. They also have continuous room service in the hotel. We stayed on the 2nd floor and noise was reasonable other than a few doors or late talkers in the hall. Location was pretty enjoyable and relaxing

Modern, clean, hotel in a good location for where we were going. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean, well appointed & spacious. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice & well presented. Overall I would stay there again & recommend the hotel.

staff was super accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that we were prepared for our tours . They arranged for a packed lunch for us to take on the tour
