Host Info
we are a 2 story detached house in a small housing estate, just 200 meters off the main road (r267) as you are coming into town from the south, look out for a big school, the Abbey Vocational School on your right, we are up behind it, about 200 meters of the road, this is a cul de sack which leaves it nice & quite up here with just some local traffic & yet we are only a 5/6 minute walk into town centre.
My wife Breege & I, Martin run this B&B, it is our family home, we take great care in maintaining & caring for it & we are happy enough to let others stay with us on a B&B basis, however you should be aware we are not a 4/5 star hotel. Our 2 boys are now all grown up & have left home following their own paths in life. Our rooms are spacious with good en-suite facilities & you are welcome to come stay with us in our warm, comfortable home. We have a minimum stay for most of the busy periods of 2 nights.
As we are located beside a big school which does not impact on us in any way, there are lots of wide open spaces up here with a big football pitch to our rear with a running/walking track.
