Overlooking the famous Salthill Promenade, Galway Bay and the Clare Hills, this elegant hotel features a 25-yard swimming pool, a whirlpool, and a large gym. Just 0.6 mi from Galway city center, it is set in Galway’s beautiful countryside on the scenic route to Connemara National Park. With flat-screen TVs with cable channels, rooms at Salthill Hotel all feature free WiFi, and free tea and coffee. Rooms also include an private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Some rooms also enjoy beautiful sea views. Full Irish breakfasts are served each day, and The Amber Room and Prom Restaurants serve a variety of menus all made from locally sourced produce. Blackrock Cafe and Bar offers an extensive list of drinks, wines, cocktails and specialty teas and coffees. There is also outdoor seating offering views over the ocean. Galway Golf Club is a 10-minute walk away, and the Pearse Stadium is 5 minutes away on foot.
