United States of AmericaEven though it was only a few minutes drive from a town, Screebe House felt secluded. Room 4 had beautiful windows that looked out across the Atlantic tides. It was stunning. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff was always very helpful. Perfect place for a romantic get away.
United States of AmericaGreat 'country house feel' property in Screebe. Though our stay was only for one evening, it was a great option versus Galway that allowed us to experience more of Co. Connemare. Would definitely look to stay here, but I think there is increase in value if staying more than one night. Staff was kind and accommodating and breakfast was great!

Lovely dining room and shared drawing room, while a fine manor house the environment was relaxed and welcoming. The staff was exceptional and I felt completely looked after from the moment I made my reservation and received a message inquiring about any allergies and/or preferences for dinner. The meals were clearly developed and expertly prepared, the parsnip mash with my beef filet was divine!!! I will be back for sure and hopefully for more then one night to enjoy the spa and pool.
