Room was comfortable. We watched the St. Patrick's Day parade from our room window. We appreciate the chairs and the table by the window. Breakfast was good. Location was very central. Tea/coffee facilities in the room was nice. Staff was heloful. The bar/restaurant downstairs was lovely. We also like the are that people have tea/coffee after breakfast.

Breakfast was enjoyable well presented tasty. We had lunch which yet again was presented well good varied menu prices for a hotel were very reasonable and again food hot and tasty.

The breakfast was great lots of choices and you were never hurried , there was a great choice of food all day long from the pastry section through to dinner or a bar meal . The rooms were spotless and really quiet And with parking right outsite you can walk into town in 5 mins .

    Hi Sarah, I'm afraid all of our rooms are non smoking, and we do not have any balcony rooms. We do have a lovely designated smoking area though.
