convenient location, attentive staff and quick service for the most part
IrelandLocation, Room, Staff - all fantastic. The staff were very kind, they reserved a cab for us and went out of their way to say good morning or good evening. Always asked if there was anything we needed. The bar area was very nice as well, with good drinks. The location was perfect for walking wherever we needed to go. We would definitely stay here again.

United States of AmericaEvery single staff member was warm, professional and kind. They really are the pride of this hotel. There were lots of little extras - chocolates at bedtime, and luggage delivered to my room when it became available. The location is superb. You are right beside Grafton Street for shopping, as well as being spoiled for choice in terms of nearby restaurants and bars. There’s a tram stop across the road, and a taxi rank nearby if you want to venture a little further. Glovers Alley, the on site Michelin Star restaurant, was a real treat. Delicious food, with first class service!
