Located at the last house in town, our EcoTent is a large bedouin tent facing breasthtaking panoramic desert views. The tent can accomodate up to 12 people. There are mats, sitting pillows and sleeping mattresses in the tent, and optional bed linens and towels for rent. Next to the tent there’s a hot outdoors shower, toilet, and fully equipped kitchen for our guests use. Here you will find all needed dishes, a refrigerator, a gas stove, BBQ, and open fire pit with cooking aquipment. As a green enteprise, our guests are kindly reqested to br aware to our environmental impact, and manage their waste (4 streems). Single-use products and processed wood for bonfire aren't allowed.
Besides living green, we enjoy getting to know new people from all over the world, traveling and hiking, sitting by the fire drinking and talking, and above all we love the desert. Cooking and baking is another thing we love.
We are at the edge of the town of Arad, 25 minutes drive from Massada and the Dead Sea, Just next to tens of desert trails for hikers, bikers, and drivers. The Judean Desert around us offers outsanding landscapes with both natural historic and cultural jems.
