Must-know information for guests at this property
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
The full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card provided during booking 14 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the credit card will be refunded the full amount minus the one-night cancellation fee. Please note that check-in time may be delayed on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays. During this time, rooms will be ready only 2 hours after sunset. Please note that children under 16 years old cannot access the wellness center.
