IsraeleWe came to this amazing hotel for the first time and stay at Rain Suite. It was my birthday celebration. In the check in we had some problems with our room, but thanks to the Herods Vitalis Hotel Manager Keren Ganon, all our problems were solved in a minutes. She is the first hotel manger that I saw checking by her self how the hotel works. When I talked to her I didn't knew that she is the Hotel Manager. Our stay were perfect. The room were clean and the hotel restaurant was with perfect food, very quite and with super fast service. Chef walking through restaurant in the dinner and asking guests about the food. It was perfect stay. For sure we will stay again in Herods Vitalis Eilat.
