Staff were generally great, especially Kathy. However, the admittance staff at the restaurant at breakfast time were uncooperative and unhelpful. No coffee / tea after the evening meal was odd but the management allowed us to have free coffees in the lounge.

The hotel also offers a games room for children and a restaurant and a bar. The Zer Hazahav Restaurant serves breakfast and a dinner buffet. The Nevo by Isrotel Collection is famous for its spa facilities which include a sulphur pool, massage rooms, a private sun deck, sauna and steam bath. WiFi is free throughout. Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format throughout October and November. Some of the facilities might be closed for guests accordingly.
