IsraelRoom was lovely with a great view. The pool was fine but the water was way too cold. The breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were cold, the coffee was awful including the cappuccinos. Your barista needs training.

Revital who is in charge of reception was amazing ... contacted me from when the booking was made , arranged for us to eat in The Ranch House which was great ...she really couldn’t do enough !!!Thank you !!!

IsraelWe arrived Sunday and 3 hours after arrival we had some terrible news (loss in the family in Australia) which required me to fly out of Israel immediately. The staff were magnificent in helping me make arrangements and making a difficult situation as best it could be. I cannot recommend your facility and staff highly enough.
