Very friendly staff. We had a problem with the light on the second floor and despite being sabbtah they solved it quickly while we were having breakfast. The area is quiet but pleasant and is well connected. They helped us with the return to the airport.

Very friendly and attentive staff, they helped me arrange a taxi to take me to the Jordanian border for a very reasonable price. The location is very good, in a quiet neighbourhood about 15 minutes walk from the Old city.
