The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Reception is open between 09:00 and midnight every day. Guests can still check-in 24 hours a day, as the key card will be left in the reception area. Full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. When booking 5 rooms or more, different cancelation policies may apply.
A damage deposit of ₪ 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
