The location is really nice, 100 meters to the beach promenade. The lobby & food are nice and delicious. Breakfast until 4pm and dinner until 10 pm. Polite staff, they tried to help all the time. Really good value for that location being next to 5 star hotels. Lots of supermarkets nearby and a few bars as well. Locked storage room is helpful when you arrive early in the morning and leave late in the evening as we did. Clean. Nice small terrace in front. You can buy day trips from the reception and the bus stops right outside.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They upgraded our room to suite room which was really a nice gesture. The staff also helped us out when we had problem with a Yango driver and booked for us the taxi to airport instead. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The whole vibe was great.

The room was really nice, everything I needed, other reviews have said the rooms are small... its kind of true but I didn't really need any more space. They messaged me beforehand to warn me there was a party on for Purim. But when they said party, wow these guys can party! There were some incredible costumes! My flight got in late, despite the app not recognising my booking I was checked in within minutes, I dropped my bag off, tried to join the party, bought a drink and despite everyone being really welcoming and friendly, I just didn't really fit it. In the morning the reception guy was totally helpful, he gave me directions to the breakfast place I wanted to go to, said it'd take 20 minutes, not quite accurate 🤣 but I ended up getting a good long walk of Tel-Aviv, ended up at Carmel market before I found the breakfast place! But I really found all the staff to be really friendly, hard working and customer focused And the location, right on the beach

great location, friendly staff, rooms a bit small but you not gonna stay in either way. happy hour was also nice and the food was very very good! all in all a great stay, totally recommend it.
