The apartment is modern, cozy and spacious. Also the location is great, only a few meters away from the beach and 10-15 mins from Rothschild Boulevard and Neve tzedek with all the cool bars and restaurants.

excelent placement, 15 min walk to the beach, and really close to the center. Great communication with owner, prior arrival he helped us with anything we needed ( info, taxi etc) The apartment is very well equiped- anything you need in the kitchen, hairdrier, ironing machine, even hair straighter.

Amazing view of Tel Aviv. The apartment is located in a perfect location. A short walk from old Jaffa, Florentine, and Rothshield Boulevard. We had a great stay. Location was perfect! The owner has more apartments, all of them in the center! It was quiet, beds r very comfortable, great A/C , no noise, kitchen well-equipped! I just felt like at home! Owner very helpful, always there to help you, BUT not too much, I dont like when someone is too helpful or pushy with his ideas... he is there if you need him, but he does not disturbe you!!! Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo.. you have really everything there! Huge fridge! We met the owner in front of the flat and he gave us the keys, and when leaving, we just closed the door behind us :)

Brand new and clean. Air condition is silent and nice in combination with ceiling fans. Flaw-less high-speed internet via cable-TV line (including pay-TV programs). Home automation gives extra comfort, e.g. rolling down all sun-blinds at the push of a single button when leaving the apartment. The modern kitchen includes all kind of dishes pot and pans. Even sharp knives. Basic cooking ingredients like sugar, salt, olive oil are there.

눉The shower was musty. In the description of the apartment they wrote about a great location. However they have several apartments and they put us into another apartment which was not at the same location which was described- quite misleading.

눇The apartment is modern, cozy and spacious. Also the location is great, only a few meters away from the beach and 10-15 mins from Rothschild Boulevard and Neve tzedek with all the cool bars and restaurants.

눇excelent placement, 15 min walk to the beach, and really close to the center. Great communication with owner, prior arrival he helped us with anything we needed ( info, taxi etc) The apartment is very well equiped- anything you need in the kitchen, hairdrier, ironing machine, even hair straighter.

눉The advertising is not accurate. This apartment is actually a room in a back yard of a building, with kindergarten next to it. Inside the apartment, we saw the electricity panel above the sofa, TVs are not connected nor working properly.

눇Amazing view of Tel Aviv. The apartment is located in a perfect location. A short walk from old Jaffa, Florentine, and Rothshield Boulevard. We had a great stay. Oren was very helpful and always ready to give us suggestions and tips on what to do in Tel Aviv. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment!

눉I couldn't work out the lights in the stairwell. User error !?! The main door to the apartment block didn't lock, which might have been off-putting to first-time visitors to TLV (being a regular visitor to TLV, it didn't concern me at all)
눇Very spacious...could easily accommodate 3 people. The owners of the property were easy to contact and stayed in touch throughout the stay. Even took the time to come by to say "hello" and check everything was OK. How's that for customer service ! Excellent WiFi

눉Firstly, I received a message that the apartment was not ready to take over at the requested time. we arrived and there was a cleaner present with rubbish in the sitting room. I had two small kids who were tired and cranky. In kids bed there were no pillow cases. The front door on arrival was being fixed. there is no parking nearby. one of the toilets was broken when we entered. later that evening i had a shower and ensuite flooded and by the floor it looked like it had before also. the other bathroom also flooded the next day. Lovely apartment let down by poor service and its not a cheap apartment to stay in.

눇Convienience, location, safe. A binder at the home to explain local area, transportation, how to access WiFi, turn on the hot water etc., would be a nice feature.

눉I rented a 3-bedroom apartment that was recommended for 6 people. In the pictures shown did not appear the bedroom that had 1 only single bed. 3 families of 2 adults can not be accommodated. There is a need for a dishwasher

눉There was nothing we did not like!!
눇Location was perfect! The owner has more apartments, all of them in the center! It was quiet, beds r very comfortable, great A/C , no noise, kitchen well-equipped! I just felt like at home! Owner very helpful, always there to help you, BUT not too much, I dont like when someone is too helpful or pushy with his ideas... he is there if you need him, but he does not disturbe you!!! Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo.. you have really everything there! Huge fridge! We met the owner in front of the flat and he gave us the keys, and when leaving, we just closed the door behind us :)

눇Brand new and clean. Air condition is silent and nice in combination with ceiling fans. Flaw-less high-speed internet via cable-TV line (including pay-TV programs). Home automation gives extra comfort, e.g. rolling down all sun-blinds at the push of a single button when leaving the apartment. The modern kitchen includes all kind of dishes pot and pans. Even sharp knives. Basic cooking ingredients like sugar, salt, olive oil are there.
