ALLAMANDA is now open for small family functions like Birthdays, Religious functions and other family get-togethers. We are about 100-250 mts away from most of the Kalyana Mandapams in Nanmangalam-Kovilambakkam. ***** Allamanda is our brand new set of apartments situated in a calm and peaceful residential locality. We are about 7kms from airport, 5 kms from OMR, 2 kms from Medavakkam, 5 kms from Chennai One IT park, 7kms from ISKCON temple. Allamanda is a couple-friendly property. Our bookings are open for families, couples, business travelers - both males and females. At Allamanda we strive to give customers a fantastic homely atmosphere. At Allamanda we have a small host team comprising of our Founder and CEO Gany, Resident Manager, Supervisor and Support team. Gany is an IIM Alumnus and runs a Software company headquartered in US and also takes care of the family's construction business. He also manages a Resort in Chennai and has traveled to about 30+ countries. He is passionate about meeting new people from different walks of life. Our staffs have worked in various customer handling roles with Service apartments, hotel chains, and Resorts. They are interested in various types of music and dance forms. They are all excited to meet our guests and enable them to give our best service offerings to all our guests.
