Note- unmarried couples are not allowed. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene villa. You will notice a glimpse of Bengal at this place. It is a property with 1100 sq. ft. Area. It has a living room with a 6 seater sofa, center table, bluetooth music system and a wash basin passage.A huge kitchen with gas oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and all required utensils. Washroom has geyser. Bedroom with double bed, AC, TV, side table, wardrobe. A dinning room with table, chairs and workspace with a table, chair and WiFi. A private garage is available with separate entry.
My name is Abantika. It is actually my father's property. We live in the same house but on the top floor.
There are many famous food joint in walkable distance from our property like Domino's, chowman, CCD, bhojohori ranna, koshe kosha, sher e punjab etc. The groceries, vegitables, fish and chicken etc everything is just a 2 mins walk away. It is a very peaceful locality and the neighbours are cooperative.
