Beautiful place with big comfortable rooms. Huge breakfast served to you on the first floor verandah. Short walk to both city palace and bagore ki haveli for the nightly folk dance and string puppet show. Priya and her sister greet you with chai and biscuits and a city map, then point out what's must see and how to find them. They are cool and sweet and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Highly recommended!

Kind, helpful, attentive but not over bearing staff. Clean, it is obvious the family takes pride in the home. Ample Hot water. Comfortable mattress Cool location, nice to be able to skip auto-rickshaws for a few days and walk everywhere.

Priya and his family were very kind to us. for the first time in India we had a host providing us with a map and showing us directions. Room was spotless clean, direct hot water and all sorts of amenities (shampoo, soap, etc.). The room decoration was also beautiful. Priya was also especially helpful when my partner got sick, they treated us like family. Thank you again! P.S. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. We also ate lunch our last day before going to the airport and it was the best home made indian food we’ve had: freshly made, simple and non-spicy

To start with, the hosts were so good and went out of their way to make us feel home. The room were so clean. And we got one room at the roof and it was just perfect. The breakfast was so tasty and the location is perfect. Just 250m away from City Palace.

This is a lovely place to stay in Udaipur! The women there are so friendly and welcoming. And the room was beautiful-like a little boutique hotel room. Plus the Indian breakfast each morning was awesome. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay! We received a very warm welcome and felt at home throughout the whole stay. Super friendly staff, amazing (!) breakfast (both continental and Indian options, home made) on a beautiful roof terrace with great view on the city. The room was very clean and spacious. Also the location is perfect, so close to the city palace and Krishna's temple and yet still very quiet inside the premises. I absolutely recommend it.

1) centrally located ( shopping and few sightseeing) 2) The breakfasts were tasty and few dinners and lunch we had at their place were made catering to our needs of zero spice level. Awesome indian food. 👌 3) one of the owners Priyaji helped us plan out our sightseeing, also helped us out with the autorickshaw, taxis. 4) The best part was Priyaji , Dipuji and Puneetji made our stay as comfortable as a home. Big thankyou to the whole family 🙏 5) the room( queen deluxe) was a bit small for 3 people, but we didn't mind as we used the outside space for lounging and the terrace for breakfast, dinners and chitchatting.. the rooms were well maintained and bathrooms clean with hot water throughout the day. We enjoyed our 5 day stay with Hari Niwas and would surely recommend it to my family and friends.
