Super clean and very spacious room in an old renovated beautiful Portuguese house. The hotel has a great location which is a short walk away from everything. Breakfast was good and the owner was very nice and helpfull. Would definitely recommend and come again

IndiaHospedaria Abrigo De Botelho is located in the heart of Fontainhas and I can assure you that it has the best location in this quarter. Supermarket and the best eateries are at walking distance. Mr Roy Botelho and his wife Mrs Sharon Botelho manage the property very well and give personal attention to all the guests. Mr Botelho is a walking encyclopaedia of Goa and we found all his suggestions on travel and food very helpful. Our premium room on the first floor was spacious, clean and well lit. The airconditioner worked very well and the private balcony gave us the space to lounge. The Goan Portugese property has been well refurbished with antique Goan furniture . For those wanting to have the experience of living in Goan neighborhood , this place is the best option. The staff is very helpful and laundry service is available at very affordable price as compared to the market. As women travellers we felt that the place is very safe.
IndiaThe hosts are very warm and welcoming. The highlight has been the cleanliness of the rooms. The host couple come over during breakfast and talk to all the guests personally. They even tell you things you can do around in Panjim and Goa you are new to the city. Staying at Fontainhas is definitely a must have experience and Abrigo De Botelho is a very good place to stay.
