Great hotel in Muzaffarpur. Nice and clean rooms, balcony, elevator. Large parking . Very quiet place in the noisy city. Food is good, there is room service. Polite and helpful staff. Good value for money.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, AC and Fan were working and the room was clean. Most of all the staff was very kind and accommodating: they bought toilet paper just for me, provided me with free breakfast and opened the kitchen to cook lunch just for me. The property has a nice green inner yard and is located away from the street which made it feel very safe and calm.

The room was spacious and interior was exceptional, cleanliness was also upto the mark. I didn’t got the opportunity to taste their food. Every other aspect was good except the location, even though they have parking inside the campus but the surrounding is very congested with clumsy by lanes.

Our stay at the hotel was superb. Good spacious rooms with equally good private attached washroom. Very well located and easy to commute within the city as well as the station. All preacutions were available for the pandemic situation. Food was good with good choice. Staff and the manager were well trained and experienced. Value for money hotel.

One does not need to be afraid to checkin this hotel as they had strict covid protocols. The room was quite big with great facilities as promised during booking. Had a short stay due to some urgent work but really enjoyed the stay. Food was delicious and hygienic. Staff and the manager were very helpful. Location of the hotel is extremely good with great connectivity. It was a value for money hotel.

The hotel location is excellent and in a peaceful area. They folllowed all the precautionary measures such as social distancing, thermal screening as well proper sanitisation. The room was big as mentioned during booking with all necessary facilities. Proper breakfast with adequate variety was made available. Thanks to the well behaved staff and the management.
