It's very clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable (perhaps the most comfortable I've slept in in India), and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. I didn't try to the shower but everything else worked. The location is a relatively short walk to the bus stand and not far from the train station. It's also easy to walk to the market area and many restaurants from there. They also have a lovely, plant-filled terrace facing a courtyard.
