An excellent place with exceptional hospitality by Nico and Mary and lovely jikmeth(manager),overall a very good, tranquil place to reside in the lap of nature with privacy for each cottage.....hygienewise exceptional with a neat and clean kitchen and freshly prepared healthy meals, especially their fresh juices and fresh fruits

The location was beyond our expectations, and the cottages we had booked were small but beautiful and right on the banks of the Indus. The service is awesome and the hosts look after you as if you are members of family. Indeed the whole place breathes a family atmosphere, and each member of the smiling staff makes you feel at home. The food is simply out of the world. I really wonder why more people do not stay here !

Everything about this place is so amazing. The location ❣️ The staff, Niko, Mary, everyone is just so humble and welcoming. Coming to ladakh you shouldn't be expecting delicious food, but trust me at Indus River camp everything we had was just delicious.

The hospitality of the staff. The maintenance of the camps. The professionalism of the owners. The taste of the food. It was all great.

This innovative property is quite secluded and tucked into the banks of the Indus, with amazing views of ancient monasteries and the city of Leh in the background. It has an ‘away from it’ feel. We were enthralled to spend two nights between trips to Nubra and Pangong. The hosts are Nico and Mary, he of British-Bengali heritage and she British. Mary’s food was quite simply the best we ate in 14 days in Ladakh! She is a graduate of the culinary institute in London and makes inspired fusions with locally available ingredients. The tents were very upscale; more glamping than camping:) And Momo! Best dog ever!!

amazing view, everyone who works there consistently went above and beyond to make our stay amazing

The Property is located bag on the river Indus . it’s got lovely surroundings both inside and around . A place you can relax and chill . Rooms are well appointed with great views (would have been nice to have a Coffee/ Tea maker) Nico , Salman , Jigmet and Mary who run/ own the property are hands on and extend all the help you need. If I travel back to Ladhak would definitely love to stay here again .

The location of the rooms on the banks of the river Indus was superb. Views of mountains all around were marvellous. The tranquility of the place along with the facilities made for a superb start to our holiday in Ladakh. Food was simple yet delicious---freshly cooked and tasty. All staff were very supportive. On the first day we arrived early and while waiting for our room, the host Nicholas treated us to some very nice tea and locally made Krackjacks. We felt at home immediately. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family

Awesome host, staff, view, stay, food. Everything was picture perfect. This place has left no stone unturned in hospitality. Luxury combined with picturesque views, what more can anybody ask for in Leh. Me & my wife could stay there forever if we could. Highly recommended.

Hospitality of the staff there was mind blowing. Nick and Jigmith made our stay memorable. Food was Mindblowing.

Does the rates of rooms include all mealsHi, The rates here are exclusive of meals. We offer a large buffet breakfast, with homemade muesli and granola, fresh fruits, homemade curd and butter, local jams, honey, homemade sourdough, tea and coffee for 250 rupees. We then offer cooked options (omelettes, pancakes, paratha, porridge, eggs in any style) at an extra cost. Lunch is a 2-course vegetarian meal for 650 rupees per person, a main accompanied with salads from the village or from our garden, followed by a dessert. Our dinners are a 3-course meal, with a starter, several mains, rice and salads, followed by a dessert, at 900 rupees per head. The creator of our menu has previously worked for notable chefs in the UK such as Nathan Outlaw in his Michelin star restaurant "Outlaw's Fish Kitchen" and has had experience working with chefs such as Yotam Ottolenghi and Masterchef Professionals winner Steven Edwards. She was Graduate of The Year from Leiths School of Food and Wine, the finest culinary school in the United Kingdom. ThanksAnswered on January 23, 2020

Hi , Three questions 1) My daughter is 10 years old and she will not stay alone in a diffrent room . Can we get an extra bed if we book one bunglaow between sept 28-oct 3 2) Do you get alcohol at the facility 3) Will we get a vehicle on rent to move around LehHi, we don't do extra beds in our cottages/bungalows, as there's not much space for them. Our cabins and chalets are better for an extra bed. We don't serve alcohol but we can help you source it. Its somewhat limited. Getting a taxi is really easyAnswered on July 21, 2022
