Nivaant was the pet project of Mumbai based architect Manjunath Shenoy. He envisioned a weekend home where he could just kick back and take in the serenity of the surroundings. And what better place to find that, than the Western Ghats, very close to the Kalsubai Peak. His architectural style has really come alive through the aesthetically pleasing décor and perfect utilization of the living space to give you a feel of the outdoors while sipping a warm cup of cocoa inside.

One of the USPs of Nivaant is it's accessibility to short easy treks, a scenic dam and the surrounding areas which are perfect for a morning run! Bhavli dam - 3 kms Talegaon dam - 6 kms Myanmar gate (Vipassana Academy) - 7 kms Kalsubai peak - 32 kms Vallonne Vineyards - 38 kms Bhandardara - 44 kms Sula Vineyards - 50 kms The easiest way of reaching Nivaant is through your own personal vehicle. Other alternatives include train; Igatpuri railway station is 7 kms away and then can be reached by rickshaw.
