The Chandigarh railway station is very badly managed . To begin with , parking is very badly managed . Secondly , With the construction all around , there is hardly any space to sit on PF2 and 3 . It’s too much crowded . At the time of Vande Bharat arrival on PF2 , it was stampede situation which was averted by the understanding of passengers . At the time of Ekta express , the crowd was boarding from PF2 as well as from the tracks . How the hell such thing is allowed in a city like Chandigarh . It was terrible and Chandigarh management should be ashamed of what they are doing .

Chandigarh is the strangest Indian city I have ever seen.
Chandigarh is the strangest Indian city I have ever seen. It does not look like Indian at all. The city is pretty clean, with wide streets, proper sidewalks, and bike lanes, but it gives a rather weird impression because it was planned by French Cubist architects and all made of break or concrete boxes. The streets have no names but numbers. Actually, Chandigarh is absolutely boring even though some of its landmarks are considered Unesco sites. The city looks wealthy and there are many good restaurants, some of them are very expensive but I have no desire to revisit it.Ola StrThailand - 2.0Scored 2.0

It’s not even worth visiting the hotel. The staff is uneducated. They don’t know how to take order, serve food. The valet service is very poor. The people at the valet they keep banging clients cars. The linen at the hotel is all stained and not washed properly. The food what you order, they serve something else and moreover rather excepting their fault they argue with you & threat, that you can complaint to whom so ever. It surely not the value for money. Not worth visiting & staying.

It's a great place to visit.
It's a great place to visit. The different types of gardens, markets,events, museums, lakes and eating joints make it a must go place. Roads are well laid out and it is one of the cleanest cities in the world. Well connected by air and road. The drive from Delhi, Uttarakhand or J&K is along NH and a lovely drive. All months are worth visiting. Local travel is also easy.

The Chandigarh National Museum had an extremely rare collection of Gandhara sculptures. The museum is usually not on the main itinerary of tourists. But, If, IF you are interested in Art and History then the Chandigrah Museum complex is a treasure trove of knowledge. Some of the rarest of the rare idols are on display here. The SUBHATU FORT is about two hours away. (Also known as the GORKHA fort). Its definitely worth visiting.SowjanyaIndia
