From the Moment we arrived we felt at home. The bed was super comfortable, the delux room was enough space for 2 adults and several bags. The room was peaceful and quiet with the occasional horn Heard- in the background. The room had no window , but that was perfect as it was like cocoon from the business of the outside world . I totally recommend this hotel , it is clean and simple and excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a very good small ,quiet restaurant very near the hotel , good coffee and breakfast or lunch. Consider Prince Palace Delux when visiting Paharganj. It is located in a small side street off the main Bazaar Road.

When we enter the hotel there was a passage which looked and seemed to be very shaddy. It was very dark and lot of people were standing there doing nothing just chatting at night so I dint allow my sister to stroll at nigh alone.
The property was good in terms of the location. The rooms were also pretty decent and the staff was also good. It was the same as I had expected and I was not disappointed. For the price I have got the hotel for it was really good.

That was my third stay at this hotel. The previous ones were good. This time, I didn't get a nice welcome from the reception guy . It seems that in this hotel the staff is not interested professionally by their job. Every year, the staff is different... There was a restaurant before, not working anymore. That's my impression, a quite negative one. Probably my last visit at that place

Poor information and communication about airport shuttle service. No information offered about breakfast service and how/when to order it. Breakfast lacked proper utensils/plates/napkins. Hot water intermittent. No soap or toiletries.
Staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious. TV was good.

The room was right behind the reception desk and a lot of noise was made in the middle of the night which bothered us and prevented us from sleeping. In addition the room was small and not appropriate for the price we paid. We had to move to another hotel (owned by the same manager) with an appropriately sized room much farther away than we intended.
The location was ideal. The manager got approval to move us to a different room in another hotel owned by the same owner.
