Bad service..No running hot water for bath or usage...in such a cold / cool climate..also no hot water provided inspite of requesting for drinking...very pathetic...
Nothing. In such a cold climate and no facility of hot water for bath and when requested hot water for drinking that also was not provided..Very Bad services experienced first time in oyo property.

We found a cockroach in our room There were no non-ac rooms on ground floor since we had physically challenged person in our group. Changing the rooms to ground floor AC we we're charged double what we had paid.

- We had taken 2 triple sharing (3 person in each room) rooms and they both had only 2 pillows each. We got it on request. - Also no bedding (bedspread / blanket) was provided for the 3rd person. - The bedspread in one room was stained and had to be changed - TV did not work the entire duration of our stay due to a problem with the service provider (Tata Sky) :| - WiFi didn't work with the password provided - The lock on the balcony of one of the rooms was broken (basically free invitation to mosquitoes) - No faucet / hand shower in the bathrooms - Food is very overpriced for the quality provided. We had dal fry for lunch which basically tasted just like normal dal, nothing special about it.
- Value for money (only for the rate of the room, food rates were too high for the quality provided) - Good location, far enough from main market area / station for the surrounding to be silent but only 5 mins walk away from it also. - Size of the non a/c room was large

Basic toiletries & Kitchenware and some amount of light installed in outdoor area.
Kitchenware mentioned in the Booking.com page under ROOM FACILITIES was not available at the property. Cooking gas & Microwave were non-functional.

We were allotted a room on the third floor where there was no WiFi signal. Every time I wanted to use the WiFi, I had to come down. The only negative thing about my stay.
Very peaceful and spacious rooms with balconies that have good views. Caretakers are very polite and active. My family felt at ease. The room was clean and we had a good time in the hotel. The decor was pleasing to the eyes. Loved the place. Will stay again if I come to Lonavala.

the food which you order its come late, we had order dinner by 9:00 and it came by 9:45, so the food delivery should be very fast.
The rooms are excellent, cleaned, lavish, hospitality is brilliant, food take time to come and rest all other facilities are very nice. privacy is respected.
