we had a wonderful time in this hotel. the staff is amazing, so helpful and nice, always there if you need them, we had a problem booking our train and the manager helped us with everything! the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the rooms are very cozy too, and the view… the best in Kalpa. in the morning you can hear the prayers from the monastery down in the village, and with good weather conditions you can see all the mountain peaks. The food was delicious!!!! just a fantastic place to stop over during your trip, highly recommend! :)
PolandExcellent view of snow capped mountains right from the bed, courteous and helpful staff. The chef cooked chicken stew for my kid as per our instructions. Clean and comfortable rooms with all amenities like room heater, heated bed, electric kettle, tea/coffee kit, light snacks and covid essentials like masks, sanitizers.
