The Hotel is very clean and rooms are very comfortable, good food and off course very friendly staff especially the girls at Reception Vanessa & Diksha.”. It’s the best place to stay with and absolutely value for money. Location is quite good you can travel to North & South Goa (prefer to hire a bike)

The hotel is very clean, the food and the service in the restaurant was excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help the customer. It is walking distance from the beach, shops, bus stop nearby, pharmacy, beauty salon and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Loved the view from my balcony. I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. We did not expect this kind of cleanliness, comfort and hassle-free experience, at this cost. Special mention for Vanessa who was at the reception. She was very helpful, in assisting us with cabs, scooty and other info. The staff was courteous and we were always greeted with smiles, all around the property, at whatever time we walked in. Food was great too! Our first meal of Prawn Curry-Rice and Goan Chilli Prawn was just amazing. Dona Paula view point is a short walk away. Autos and buses readily available. From the hotel you can even walk down to the beach in 100 mtrs. And all of this without the slightest pinch to our pockets.

Enjoyed the stay here overall, the rooms were clean and beds were ok. The location was poor apart from the Dona Paula Jetty which was close by, the Staff were very nice, polite and helpful especially the reception girl Vanessa.

눉The bike the have arranged may be same like other bike ranting people but strange they give the bike with almost zero petrol and taken 400 rupees. For a person new in Goa, he has to search the petrol bunk ASAP. The price is reasonable for the people new in Goa but one can get even cheaper.
눇Its good place for the price I have paid. The staff here have more attention to the foreigners than Indians.

눉We booked a room for 3 which showed up as 2 double beds, however we were initially given a room for 2, then after a matress on the floor as their was no other rooms available ( which seemed like the rooms were given away ( this is probably one for management ), but they need to ensure that rooms are available as per booking.
