Super manager, super location, super services. Pradeep is very friendly, tried all he can do to make us stay and visit comfortable. Helped us with itinerary, transportation, upgrading room, etc. Thanks very much Pradeep! The room is big, clean, quiet and beautiful. The top level sunset and palace view is fantastic! Will definitely stay again if revisit this city in the future. Strongly recommend!

United States of Americathe style of the hotel is nice. we loved the rooftop it has a breath taking view and the rooftop restaurant served us the best foods we had in all of india! we spent all our free time on that rooftop. staff are very helpful and kind. they speak english. location of hotel is indeed in a tiny street not accessible by car but all of that part of udaipur old city is barely accessible by car so it wasnt a problem also because this hotel is in very close walking distance to literally everything. jagdish temple 2 mn walk. city palace 3 mn walk. old souk right after you exit the hotel street. the hotel also has a spa. highly recommend
LebanonThe terras, the rooms, the location were all great. It is properly maintained! Of the day of full moon we saw from the balcony hundreds of bats flying over the water. Amazing.

IndiaWe had to depart really early for a morning flight and the restaurant staff came in sooner to accommodate our "included breakfast" needs. the omelet and fruit salad was fresh, fast, and delicious!!!! Great attention to detail and much appreciated
