Pretty decent option for Varanasi, breakfast was okay, the younger staff were very nice and helpful, and the location was close to Assi Ghat. AC was good and it was pretty clean.

United States of AmericaThe rooms are exceptionally clean and cozy. The bedsheets were fresh and nice. Breakfasts are okay, they offer multiple breakfast options. Despite our booking mistake, the stuff still gave us nice services and helped with the booking. Many thanks to the driver Mr Dada who was very polite and friendly. Thank to him, we got to the airport on time, safe and sound.

IndiaHotel staff was very positive and supportive. The receptionist and travel desk were peifessional. The facility was well maintained. The breakfast was very good. However, the Juice was missing in the breakfast. Staff need be trained for serving the food using food tongs/ forceps rather than bare hands. Overall excellent.

United States of AmericaThe room is not big, but was clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice and tried to help us out with tours and city information. Varanasi is not a city with infrastructure and is really chaotic, so the hotel was good and met our needs. The boat trip we planned at the hotel was also very nice. They also had great currency exchange rates at the reception. Krishna is a very nice guy.
